These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under EU consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms
